This is a group for local moms interested in both yoga and creating a support system. Moms can be prenatal moms-to-be, mothers of newborns, small children, older children, whatever. We started as a group of women who met through prenatal or kids yoga classes at the Type A Yoga studio and we've started this meetup in order to keep in touch.
